Hello, I am Klody!
From the Caribbean, food has always been an important part of my life. In my culture, you tell people you love them with food, you welcome guests by feeding them and as my friend B. likes to say : “Food is a blessing!”
I inherited my love for baking from my mother. She could make anything and everything. It was magical! Growing up, I always liked being in the kitchen watching her make beautiful and yummy things, desserts were my favorite. I do not think I am as gifted in the kitchen as my mother, but as a food enthusiast with a sweet tooth and constant cravings–I had the patience to bake for long hours. I read everything I could find about baking and carefully learned my craft.
I am a self-taught baker, cake decorator, wife and mom. My passion for baking nourishes my creativity, which balances my life as a mother. I am calling this my new path… to share my creations with you and hope that you will enjoy them.
When I am not in the kitchen, I am enjoying my time with my kids and my husband, designing my house and reading about self-improvement and psychology (which I majored in).

Established in 2020, Kmade, les Delices de klody is a from scratch old fashion home baking bakery. The taste will remind you of the comfort yummy dessert made by grand-ma but with some twists and flavors. Everything is about flavors!!
